1. Returns
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with complete unboxing video. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
2. Replacements
Once your return is approved, a replacement will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days from the date of approval. You will be notified via email or SMS regarding the status of your replacement.
3. Refunds
If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. You will receive an email (or SMS) confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- We understand that the personalized labels need to show the correct information hence we take extra care while processing the order. In case of a spelling error or mistake made by you when placing the order, we cannot be held responsible for the same and no refunds or modifications can be provided. If you have made a mistake, kindly contact us immediately to amend it and we shall do our best to accommodate your request
- If there is any mistake from our end, we will print new labels and ship at no extra cost or provide you with a full refund, whatever you choose!
- We are very confident about the quality of our labels. However, in case of labels being peeled off or incorrectly applied by the user, we cannot be held responsible.
- In case the package is damaged during transit, you can always return the labels in the existing package and we will reprocess your order.
